On the dysmorphic examination, dolichocephaly, large anterior fontanel, prominent forehead and glabella, hypertelorism, macrophthalmic-proptotic appearance, flattened nasal root,
antevert nostrils, small nose, low, posterior and displaced ears, microretrognatia, short philtrum, fish mouth, high and narrow palate, secondary alveolar arch, pectus carinatum (Figure 1).
He was born to uneventfull pregnancy at term.His motor milestones were proper with his age.His parents were consanguineous.On physical examination, he had microcephaly, mild dysmorphic features like hypertelorism, retrognatia and
antevert ears, unilateral bifid thumb, cryptorchidism and hypopigmented macule.He had additionally ectopic right kidney and secundum ASD.On complete blood count there were mild anemia, thrombocytopenia and neutropenia.HbF and AFP was elevated.Normal cellularity and morphology was shown on bone marrow examination.Chromosomal instability test with MMC was performed and found as positive.
If the omentum and bowel are protruding and getting in the way while closing, "
antevert" the uterus and tuck the omentum into the culde-sac.

Subsequent CT of the abdomen and pelvis (Figure 2) revealed T-shaped IUD, located midline within the posterior pelvic mesentery/cul-del-sac, superior to the posterior aspect of the
anteverted uterus, and adjacent to the distal rectosigmoid colon.
On vaginal examination her uterus was of normal size,
anteverted without any palpable mass in the either fornices.

She had a round face with deep nasal bridge, long philtrum,
anteverted nostrils, thin upper lip, short neck, short chest, protuberant abdomen, diastasis recti, normal female genitalia, and no organomegaly.
Pelvic examination revealed parous
anteverted uterus with free fornices.
A bimanual examination reveals a sharply
anteverted uterus, so a topical cervical anesthetic spray is applied to the anterior cervix, and a tenaculum is placed to help straighten the uterine position.
On per vaginal examination uterus was 6 weeks' size
anteverted, os closed, mobile, fornices free and no vaginal bleeding was seen.
