Haryana is wedged between Northern India's
Siwalik Hills, the Aravalli Range and semi-desert sandy plains of Rajasthan in the south and the Yamuna-Ghaggar plains in the east.
Physiographically there are main four units:

These specimens provide additional information about the recorded cervid species and contribute to recent work from the Middle
Siwalik Hills of Pakistan.
