Alra's product line consists of a wide spectrum of pharmaceuticals, including eryzole (erythromycin ethylsuccinate, and sulfisoxazole acetyl) for oral suspension USP, a pediatric antibiotic; constilac and cholac (lactulose syrup), USP; a wide range of potassium products featuring K+8 and K+10 extended-release tablets; and Gen-XENE (clorazepate dipotassium), a tranquilizer.

About 85% of the company's sales come from such prescription drugs as Eryzole, a pediatric antibiotic; the laxatives Constilac and Cholac; and K + 10, a potassium supplement for elderly people with heart conditions.
