Found another bug, this time quite serious (side-quest-breaking): Due to the increased damage taken from falling, the side quest "Predatory Bird" becomes unplayable, as it is *necessary* for the quest to proceed to trigger the trap and fall down the tower, however with NGO installed, my lvl 12 character cannot survive the fall. This is terribly confusing, as it is in fact possible to circumvent the trap, but this is not accounted for by the quest design.
Somehow the disposition of all characters in Giliad ended up far too high (>90 from the start), while those in Tirin Abbey were in a normal range. I suppose that must have been an oversight?
Hm, it might be in the basegame. I just assumed because of the listed disposition changes here.
What I did notice though is that even using the German version of NGO, a couple of small pieces of text (mostly effect descriptions) are in English. The book "Loese Deine Qual" is empty, which it wasn't last I recall. Also, the spell "Aderlass" has no mana nor gold cost (I assume this might be due to this mod because its description is in English, too).
I'm also not sure I understand some of the changes. Midnight Sleep now seems completely useless. 36 mana for 1 (!) sec of paralysis? And Fatigue seems to serve no purpose at all anymore, at least for a mage build, which kind of invalidates a lot of potions etc. Maybe make it so that simply not sleeping drains fatigue so that there is some use to it?
I'm currently trying to setup a modlist for myself and I'm down to this exact issue. Everything works fine but the enemies are just so slow for some reason. Was any fix found?
So I have been extra sure and have attempted a few tests 1. Vanilla Nehrim (Steam) 2. Nehrim Gameplay Overhaul Only 3. Nehrim Modded without Gameplay Overhaul 4. Nehrim Modded with Gameplay Overhaul
Enemies are quite a bit slower in any version that includes the gameplay overhaul. even when its the only mod installed it slows down the games enemies at the start (Trolls, Rats, Wolfs) Spiders I could not clearly tell as well. I would say about 25%-50% less fast then their vanilla counterparts, which made them extremely less difficulty even on the max difficulty.
Hmm, not sure what the issue is. It's been a while since I worked on this so I'm not sure to what extent it was intended. But if it looks bugged it is not working as intended.
I'm currently not able to look into it but I'll take a note.
after installing everything make sure to check the load order with Oblivion mod manager or a similar mod manager. The nehrim launcher will let you change the displayed mod order but it doesn't always change the load order properly.
Please help! I installed the mod (it's the only mod I have, beside enchanced camera), but how can I check that it works properly? It says in description: Health Potion duration from 3 to 7, health from 11/20/35/70/120 to 4/9/15/22/30
But when I start a new game, Rancid Health Potion still says "Restore Life 11 Pts. for 3 secs on Self" as in unmodded game. On the other hand, Sharpened pickaxe has 5 damage, while without mod it had 3 damage (with same race and sex). Why didn't the Potion stats change while weapon damage did?
My Data Files in launcher are in this order: - Nehrim.esm - Translation.esp - Nehrim Gameplay Overhaul.esp
I also wish to confirm that I will need the Steam version of Nehrim, and I can't use these mods with the older 1.5.0.8 Full - English Version found here.
Edit: Interesting Discussion here about using the Steam version of Nehrim with a Non-steam version of Oblivion.... can anyone confirm if this works. Edit 2: Just noticed you did an NGO - ORN - UNF Compatibility Patch, which I assume is an updated version of NGOUNFP...... to also include Oaristys' Revamped Nehrim. Edit 3: Nvm... I think I answered most of my own questions here.... and there is a post here where you said that you bundled your Nehrim Bug Fixes to NGO.
Really like the mod! Although you're not working on it anymore, I would suggest (if you have the time and feel so inclined) making gold an interactable object. My character is always near being over encumbered, even with the best inventory management. So I stripped my character naked and realized I had a weight of 70 because of the 14k gold I had on me. Couldn't put it away. I saw on the wiki that there's a bank you can access later on, but it would be quite troublesome to teleport to the bank everytime I want to buy anything.

Is the issue reproducible with no other mods when starting a new game?
