Installation:
-Grab the ESP from folder 03 if you are not using "All Races and Classes Unlocked". If you are using that mod, use the ESP from folder 04 instead.
-If you want your Snow Elves to be more blue, use the textures from the 01 folder. If you want them to be more white, use the textures from the 02 folder.

Note to mod authors:
-If you would like for your mods to be Falmer-aware, check if PCRace == 20.

Permissions:
-Do whatever you want, no credit needed.
