Adds Snow Elves as a playable race. While not incompatible with Skyrim lore, they were inspired by "The Pocket Guide to the Empire: 1st Edition" and the in-game book "Fall of the Snow Prince".
Current features:
-Voice lines based on slightly deeper High Elf lines.
-Custom heads and hairs.
-Optional version for users of All Races and Classes Unlocked

-Optional plugin for vanilla quest/dialogue edits.
