Late to be sure, but for the next person. The list are base commands from CryEngine, which KCD happens to use as its game engine, so yeah, some of these settings won't work in KCD.
For example when im chaning the setting: r_MSAA_quality= What value can i choose? 1,2,3 .... up to what? is there a limit? Are there default values like 1=low and 4=ultra ?
Next question, when i change settings like this: r_Fullscreen= Do i put "true" or "false" or do i set it to 100 which means fullscreen will scale in 100% ?
Trying to find a way disable head bob or the swaying back and forth of the head. If anyone knows a command for it. I've done searches in various lists for "movement", "move", "head", "bob" and and few others. I'll keep trying in this list.

ai_AllowedToHitPlayer = 0
doesn't disable the enemy's ability to hit the player.
Is there something you need to do to activate the ability to use the commands?
Sadly, nothing I've tried has worked. I must be making mistakes yet - I don't know what mistake.
