Patches/Tweaks Included:

Damn Apocalypse:

FCOM - Fallout Commander:
  • Custom 'Cult of the Cow' faction
- Currently re-names the Gunner options. Will eventually be a proper add-on.

Molotov Fix:
  • 5 damage on the initial explosion (vanilla is 50), 8 damage per second for 6 seconds.
  • Slighty increased radius
  • No crit effect on death
- Not just Molotovs, this is a vanilla Game Setting that affects Laser weapons creating Ash Piles and Plasma Goo Piles, etc.

NPCs Travel Faction Relations:
  • Makes all factions from NPCs Travel hostile to the player as well as the Combat Settler Faction from SKK Combat Settlers.
-  There is an version of this without the Combat Settlers requirement under 'Optional Files' for those who prefer.

True Damage:
  • True Perks patch
- This is the same as my True Damage - True Perks Patch, just bundled here for convenience. If you have this AiO pack,
you don't need the standalone patch.

Biscuit's Balanced Limg Damage:
  • 4x Headshot damage against humans instead of 5x.
- Normally wouldn't be a hard requirement since it's all vanilla 'Bodypartdata' records. Buiscuit's is being used as the baseline,
so I made Biscuit's a master for load order purposes.

Worm's Belt And Vest Pack Redesigned:
  • Levelled list for high level Gunners who would normally spawn with Combat Armor have a 50% chance to spawn with 1 of the 5 Vest Pack vests instead.

Load Order
Plugin load order should take care of itself assuming I set the masters correctly, but the mod folder should be loaded after Buffout 4, Baka MaxPapyrusOps, Baka ScrapHeap, DirectHitHigh FPS Physics Fix, and MCM Booster for the included config files to overwrite theirs. They are not required because it's just text-based files that do nothing if you don't have those mods in your list.

There are a few mods available that try to address the odd implementation of vanilla Molotovs: the blow up instead of causing burning damage over time. All of the mods i've tried do the burning damage thing and get rid of the explosion damage, but the damage and/or radius is affected differently between them. A lot of them also seem to go beyond just the molotovs. Some adjust the all things fire, others do other extra stuff beyond just fire things.

The only molotov mod I've found that only affects the molotovs is bundled as an optional module in Arbitration, and A.I. combat overhaul mod. Arbitration does its job pretty well, but we would have only been using 1 optional file from the entire bundle. We also wanted a slightly different radius and damage profile, so a custom version made sense.

Everything else is just custom, personalized tweaks to tailor the overal gameplay experience of the modlist.
