Adjusts damage multipliers for different limbs for various creatures

Ever think it's silly how there's a lot of humans in the wasteland that can shrug off a bullet to the skull like it's nothing? Ever feel bothered that shooting someone through the foot does just as much damage as shooting them through the chest? Ever think the VATS system could use a bit of a BBL?

This mod changes a number of creatures in the commonwealth to raise the damage multipliers on weak spots and reduce damage multipliers on body parts that would be armored or... Less Essential. It also adjusts the ease that some limbs may become crippled to reward sharpshooters, or players who play more tactically.

This is base game only- No DLC creatures have been touched. This mod was made for personal use, and while I'd love to one day cover all creatures and DLCs, for the time being what you see is what you get.

(edit: by this i mean, no DLC-exclusive creatures will be affected by this, referring to things like the bots from automatron, anglers or gulpers from far harbor, or the gator claws or worm thingies from nuka world- the humans will be the same as any other humans though. i didn't touch them because i haven't played the dlc in a while and don't have strong opinions on the creatures exclusive to them. to me, the changes to humans, ghouls, and super mutants are the most important edits, and those will remain across all mods, dlc, etc so i'm happy with this final product even if it could be better or have more modular...ness to it)

I actually found my old notion document that showed how each creature was changed- this is the second image of the mod

The numbers for each limb, as shown in VATS, is the amount of damage your shot will do- by default in vanilla, for MOST creatures, everything is 1.0 except for the head which is 2.0 (as in, double damage), and you can multiply this with criticals, perks, etc- there are some exceptions like, deathclaws have armored backs, and mirelurks have armor on their shells and arms, so they take less damage there. I tweaked these numbers a bit to make shots on enemy weak spots more rewarding.

I wrote down any changes i made to that damage multiplier, and some creature types have stuff in parentheses below? Those are creatures where I made certain weak spots more fragile.

The intended experience is that humans and ghouls feel a bit easier to mow through if you hit your head shots, and limbs are generally unrewarding to land shots on. Many creatures have increased headshot multipliers, and the few that don't feel comparatively lethal and tanky, and should befit an extremely mutated monstrosity.

You may notice that many creatures are missing, and this is because i just really truly do not care about their balance- Truthfully, I think that the balance of the vanilla game is just fine, but I just couldn't deal with shooting a HUMAN MAN in the skull and him just like, shrugging it off with 90% of his health still remaining. There's other mods that increase headshot damage, but they are all a bit too extreme for my tastes. Once I realized how much you could edit under this category of data, i changed a few other numbers that i thought could be fun to change, but like I'm not here to revolutionize the balance of the entire game or anything...

Truthfully i only named it this because i wanted it to abbreviate to BBL...

If you don't like my balance but like the idea, you should try opening the mod in xedit and try tweaking some numbers- this is dirt easy to do, esp if you use this mod as a base, and I think if you're passionate enough about this concept to even consider a mod like this, you might really enjoy adjusting these numbers for yourself. You will also be able to include other creatures such as brahmin, various robots, turrets, and any number of dlc creatures as well, or you can undo some of my changes if you only want some of them but not others
