RealRTCW is an overhaul mod for critically acclaimed Wolfenstein classic. It features improved visuals, expanded arsenal, rebalanced gunplay and proper modern systems support!
Major update. Improved animations, new enemies, enhanced modding capabilities.
RealRTCW 4.0
New weapons:
-Browning MG (ported from ETSP)
-M7 Grenade Launcher (ported from ETSP)
-Airstrike Signal. (ported from ETSP) Airstrike behaviour was revised - now it has infinite ammo and recharge bar (35 sec). Basically works as in MP now.
-Gas Grenade (ported from ETSP). Save/load crash fixed. Added cough effect. Damage from gas does not push the inflicted entity.
New features:
-weap. files system from Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Weapon registration, XYZ guns positions and all weapon parameters are now parsed out of the code. Anyone can tune weapons balance to their preference by simply editing .weap files with text editors.
-Automatic AI Attributes System - attributes for most AI's taken out of the .ai files and transferred to .aidefaults files. Features difficulty randomized values for certain attributes like aim_accuracy, starting_health, etc.

-Choose your arsenal. You can now choose between 3 types of arsenal you will use during campaign - Classic, RealRTCW, RealRTCW+ETSP.
-New enemies. Dogs, Priests, and X-Shepherds. Optional and can be disabled.
-Enemy Reinforce. Are you up for the challenge? Then increase count of your foes! Turned off by default.
-Rewards for Secret Areas. Just like in "Tides of War" port, now you will recieve a specific set of rewards for finding all secret areas in the level. This feature is optional and can be turned off in the menu.
-Multiple weapon view positions. You can choose between three weapon positions in the menu: RealRTCW, MoHAA-like and good ol Quake1 view.
-Damage falloff for bullets. SMGs and pistols will get their damage reduced with distance. Controlled by g_weaponfalloff CVAR. Turned off by default.

-Stamina depletion rate is now independent from the max fps value
-Added clip check for the scoped weapons to prevent reloading with full clip
-Phantom weapon icons bug finally fixed (thanks to Tarator!)

I am trying to play Axis Vengeance mod with RealRTCW 4.0, but it is not showing in the Addons when I play the game. Am I supposed to put Axis Vengeance somewhere else instead of in Main?
addon folder must be along Main not inside
I have tested 4.0.6 a bit and I see main menu of game and mouse cursor doesnt fit very well like you cant move your cursor right onto menu titles also fonts are weird (using 1920x1080 10:9 widescreen),most of pickups have wrong screen names for example when you pick luger it says kar98k,luger firing animation happens still a bit later then fire sound and some weapons doesnt have muzzle flash brightmaps.
I've a Technical question, Needed to reload some WolfETSP.9.exe files so executed the file only to find that the install prog DID NOT ASK for a "destination" and as a result "crashed out at end saying "destination not found". I checked the files back to WolfETSP.2.exe and they all did the same thing. Something seems to have changed in my OS (win 10) but NOTHING else has been "acting up". Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Any hints as to what could be wrong? (I've already done file checks, virus checks and malware checks) Thanks for your consideration.

Really want to try out this mod but the game keeps crashing when i try to open it. I extracted all files into my rtcw root folder but it wont work. Any idea what i might have done wrong? My vanilla rtcw is installed on steam
ModDB version of the mod might have issues with Steam version of original game.
Either use steam version of the mod or gog version of og game.
how would i use this with vitartcw? copy over the main directory to my vita main directory and overwrite anything that may pop up? would that work and be the only files i need? are there any files i would not need?
i dont have the steam version of the game am i still able to download and run the mod?

- Повесить ВСЕ тяжелое оружие Огнеметы Пулеметы Тесла на Одну кнопку
и Экзотику типа Помпового и винтовок типа Гарант тоже на одну ???
- Альтернативный огонь и ZOOM на разных кнопках, ну это для шутана перебор
- Тут писали наверно: дизайн Инфракрасной винтовки больно лютый.

Is it possible to turn off texture filter completely?instead of choosing bilinear or trilinear.If you add option to turn that off it would be great for people with old pc(like myself).i can play vanilla RTCW,but this one is a bit slow.

Когда вылазит первый огненный босс-зомби игра крашится с надписью:
"Ошибка G Scripting: alertentity cannot find tergetname "reinforce ai zombie 30".
Звуки выстрелов стали совсем плоскими и ненатуральными. Кому нужен мой звуковой пак на все стволы, включая новые - могу скинуть через файлообменник
Директорию Main проверьте. В папке посторонние файлы скорее всего, которые накладываются поверх мода.
Звуки - вкусовщина. Всем не угодишь.

can yo fix the issue with the game when using the xbox controller after you enable it. if you move the character with the joysticks. its the right thumb stick when looking around creates a glitch and stays looking up north in the sky for some weird reason. if you do move the right thumbstick. there is an error on the leftside screen.
im using a xbox series x contro0ller.
