Project Revolution is a WarCraft3 : Frozen Throne Mod, that will turn StarCraft:BroodWar into 3D.
The Mod will stay true to the original StarCraft:Broodwar. No Races will be added, no heroes, no Units or skills. Just plain old SC. In 3D. Check out our screenshots to see what we've been working on.

Require:-MPQ Editor

Step To Install:
1.Extract PRSCMOD And Open The Folders,Rename Revolution.mpq to sc_data.mpq.
2.Open MPQ editor,And Make New Text Document and write like this:
PR.listfile
Temp.listfile
3.Open sc_data.mpq and load new text document you create as listfile.
4.extract @ Load As Listfile temp.listfile,pr.listfile to Mpq editor.
5.extract this files to PRSCMOD Folder:
-Project Revolution.exe
-Galaxy Editor.exe
-revolution.dll
-revolution.ini
-"PR-MAPS"Folders
6.Open revolution.ini and write PRSCMOD Folder Path in ROOTDIR=
7.Open STARDAT.mpq and BROODWAR.MPQ And load pr.listfile
8.extract all sound and add all files(Include Folder) to sc_data.mpq
9. Make Sure Your WC III TFT Registry Correct And Right Click Project Revolution.Exe And Click Compatibility And Tap/Click "Run As Administrator" And Run The Game(Open Project Revolution.exe).
10.Wait It Load Until The Game Pop-up If You Get Any Error Makesure You Use TFT 1.21b Or Lower(If You Use Higher Version The Game Will Crash Cause Some PRSCMOD Plugin Doesn't Compatible With TFT 1.21b Higher Patch If You Can Made It Please Share IT!).
NOTE:Protoss Is Still Not Work There is A Problem With Warping Building(Build Structure) And Some Unit I Means The Script Is Not Completely Done.)
Note: This Game Can Be Edited Example Like Adding More 2D Portrait Unit Or Editing The Script And More.

-Step By Step To Install-
Required :
-MPQ Editor.
-Installed Warcraft 3 TFT V.1.21b.
-Starcraft : Brood War Installed.
1.Extract The Zip And Open The Folders,Rename Revolution.mpq to sc_data.mpq.
2.open mpq editor,make new text dokument and write like this:
PR.listfile
Temp.listfile
3.Open sc_data.mpq and load new text dokument you writted.
4.extract and temp.listfile and load pr.listfile and temp.lisfile to mpq editor.
5.extract this files to PRSCMOD Folder:
-Project Revolution.exe
-Galaxy Editor.exe
-revolution.dll
-revolution.ini
-"PR-MAPS"Folders
6.Open revolution.ini and write PRSCMOD Path in ROOTDIR=

I was just wandering around the internet checking out old sites I used to visit a lot, and stumbled over to here. I wanted to say that it's awesome that there're still folks around supporting the mod and helping people check it out. I just wanted to give you a virtual high-five for being an all-around awesome individual.
It looks like some folks made a Terran Campaign about a year ago, which really surprised me. (There's a YouTube video called "Project Resurrection Rereleased!" if you wanna give it a look). I hope those of you who're still playing it are enjoying yourselves!!!
Thank you for posting this. Hopefully more people will be able to enjoy this amazing mod now. I may add a refined version of these instructions to the file so that its always included.

I have been trying for months to get this to work and have gotten nowhere. can anyone tell me why I can't install it?
Do you have the original StarCraft 1 disk? It can't be BroodWar. It Must be the original game before the expansion. You also need the disks for Reign of chaos, and Frozen Throne.
If none of that is doing you any good, it might be your Warcraft Patch version. Project revolution was made a long time ago, and the patches that have come out since, could have broken the mod, preventing it from installing.
I have all 4 disks, and have been trying with the original starcraft disk. but I keep getting an error message saying that the installer can't find the mpqs on the disk. but the disk never had an mpq. it uses the Install.exe file, which has to be converted to an mpq on the harddrive
I'm going to be completely honest, I don't know how to help you. I never had this problem when I installed the mod, and so far as I can tell, there's no real support for it at all.
Actually, the one thing I can think of, is that it might be your OS. If you are on windows 8, I have no idea if this would work at all. I have installed it just fine with windows XP, and Windows 7. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

If only I knew how to draw my own units, or extract the ones from the mod, the I could just draw my own WC+SC maps map.
