Portal Remastered is a mod that attempts to remaster the original portal in the portal 2 engine. The models, textures and lighting have all been updated to be more in line with the style of portal 2 while making sure the levels still retain somewhat of a Portal 1 vibe.

After over a year of waiting, update 0.4 is here and it contains the first part of the escape (from test chamber 19 to just past where you re-enter test chamber 9). While Escape Part 1 is very close to completion, it's still subject to change with further updates so let me know your thoughts. This update also includes bug fixes and lighting tweaks for the previous Test Chambers.

I don't know why but when I pick the portal gun the weapon model is not showing, weird
Same for me. It also doesn't show in the campaign for me either so I assumed it had something to do with my installation of portal 2. What was even weirder was that after deleting and reinstalling portal 2 the problem persisted, even after verifying the integrity of the game files.
Edit: after playing around with the view model offset command just now, I was able to get the portal gun visible (had to set both the y-axis and the x-axis back to zero).
You cannot make a portal on the moving stairs at Chamber 14 which renders the whole thing unsolvable.

Looking good. Love what you did with Rattmann's Den in Chamber 18. Now I can't wait to see what you've done with the Escape Sequence.
I was wondering if there will be original translations in the mod.
you will also make the original model of Chell. the mod is beautiful maybe there are some models that are incorrect but you are doing a great job.
