It has been existing since February, but only in private mode. Now it'a public server.

What's done?
- Improved level of detail
- Heavily reworked the second chapter (the biggest chapter in the mod)
- New types of skyboxes
- HD skyboxes for all types (not only for Red Xen now)
- New locations added (wall chargers repair station, robotic factory and others)
- The gameplay was redesigned in some places too, not only the visual changes.
1. Some updated stuff from the first chapter.
I reworked the transitions between rooms and locations in labs, because thay were too boring. Some of these buffer areas had a big problems with details and common visual style. Also, main hall in labs has more interesting ceiling with blue lighting.
2. The second chapter - Surface Area
New skybox "before the rain" and new ambient lighting. Many people don't like continuous "shades of grey" of the second chapter. I think different weather conditions are a good solution. You can see the new skybox with coming clouds at the beginning of the chapter (first two maps). Btw, one place was inspired by HL2. Love HL2.
New location - repair bay (railway).
New quest added: find a working train for a small railroad journey. This train is important for the new plot...
New design of wall chargers.
HL2 Inspired =3
Old wall medkit and suit charger had more polygons than chargers from original HL1. But they looked flat anyway. New prefabs are more volumetric and have little sources of light (blue and yellow). Also, have dark and light versions. The dark version is given below.
New design of soda machines.
Breakable, usable and with improved lighting. In case of breakdown you won't be able to see the shooting cans. Each machine has individual number of soda cans. Soda cans have a special sound of falling (when use machine) and picking up.
Updated basements.
Basements have much more detail and unique sound effects of ambience. They were so dull and empty in original vesion... I'm glad to finish these basements!
Old maps take new shapes!
Some of old maps are heavily reworked and redesigned. Are you able to recognize them?
The new industrial style has been integrated.
I've implemented a whole new industrial art style for the end of the second chapter. It is "Industrial Zone". It includes heavily reworked old maps and also new locations.
Radio mast (quest location).
Another thing that important for the new plot. It is located where the big cannon used to be. I don't like that cannon, because it's location was not so well for a battle.
Inside the robotic factory (new location).
Wall charger repair workshop (new location).
I've wanted to do something like this for a long time. A small room with repair workshop. I don't remember suck a place in other mods.
A place infested with Xen.
Why not? it's kind of canon. The last map of the second chapter. HL and OF have same moments in gameplay.
