Boss Overview
Silverware Golem is the first boss in The Parlor wing of the One Night in Karazhan adventure.
- Normal Hero Power: Be Our Guest
- Heroic Hero Power: Be Our Guest
Pro Tips and Strategy
- Double the Dishes! The Silverware Golem can summon 2 Plates through hero power each turn instead of the 1 it summons on normal difficulty.
- You want to clear plates as quickly as possible. They get buffed through several cards:
- Pour a Round is one the best reasons to destroy his plates. Don't let him draw a fresh new hand.
- Set the Table turns those little 1/1 minions into brutal 3/3s.
- Cup it easily dealt with and should be a priority.
- Knife is rude. You'll be forced to attack the plates.
- Grim Patron makes this fight a breeze. You always have little guys to slam into which will bring all the boys to the inn.

would someone have a current non-wild deck set to go about beating this? i just came back to the game and trying to go through this
Guys, this boss totally ignores Baron Geddon! If you have it, use it!
worth me updating decks do you think?
I don't think it is really necessary, because it is a legendary card after all (and we all know how much blizzard likes to give legendaries to players).
hahaha yeah understood
Your updated list' have been great for someone like me who never done the heroic content back in the day. Really helps considering this old content uses some of the rng of current cards. I know I am replying to Khara but the LoE stuff was especially useful.
enjoy! yeah all the new cards in game makes it easy to break the meta
I tried every deck listed on this page and for me nothing worked, it was close but it got me every time and I couldn't really beat it for over an hour of trying each deck a few times and failing
So I made my own list, it's a variation of the flamewalker one but I put in more 1 cost cards that actually helped managing the board early game (including a msg card)
I one shotted it with this list and looked pretty easy despite it having powerful turns as usual. I put in the abomination thinking i could cheese it but they fixed the bug since then, still a good choice for the aoe & taunt though!
Strategy is to control board until Silverware Golem gets into fatigue and dies from that. I had 10 cards left when it got into fatigue...
If you are missing Bloodmage Thalnos you can replace it by a second Flame Juggler.
I am getting annihilated using Patron Warrior, primarily due to the difficulty removing the knife and other high toughness cards... Is this draw specific, is there some strategy I'm missing? Because I am just getting fudge-packed by these damn dishes!!!
I got lucky at the first prince malchezaar encounter rolling a turn 2 ragnaros the firelord. I tried the silverware golem like 3 times by now and I get destroyed by it. If you don't draw the right answers you're dead... Oh wait that's just classic hearthstone.
For Heroic mode, Patron Warrior worked pretty well. Keep some removals on hand to get rid of the plate buffs so you can keep building up your Patron horde. Save your AoE's for when the board is getting full to thin the ranks, don't waste them on small groups unless you have to.
for those who want to know his deck on heroic is made up of
8x Cup
4x Fork
2x Slam
4x Knife
2x Looming Presence
2x Pour a Round
2x Shield Block
2x Pitcher
2x Refreshment Vendor
2x Set the Table
He plays the electrifying version of shield block too.
super easy first try kill with this deck
I used this: does not win every time, but wins more than 50% and is very budget
Yes, I know, I wrote it in the deck guide. I think it's a bug, but I'm not totally sure. I didn't include it in the deck because to me it seems like cheating
It's already fixed though. I tried it and they keep attacking it. closest I got was like 9 hp then I got destroyed yet again
Nice trick! They didn't attack Abomination. I think it bug.
