The Paved Road is a ground decoration applied by selecting the option in the Stone Hoe menu and using it on the ground.
Changing the ground type to Paved Road requires Stamina and costs 1 Stone.
The player is required to be within the radius of a Stonecutter in order to place Paved Roads.
