The gem cutter is used as an upgrade for the black forge. While the black forge was introduced in Mistlands, the gem cutter requires materials from the Ashlands biome.
Usage[]
An upgrade to the black forge, allows for black forge-crafted gear to be upgraded to higher quality levels.
