Shipping policy

IGN Store ships to all 50 US states, US protectorates, APO and FPO addresses, and PO Boxes on majority of our products. Please allow for three to five days for tees to be printed and 72 hours for orders for in-stock products to be processed (Some apparel are in-stock and not Print-On-Demand). Most collectible items are also available for international shipping.   Please allow up to 2-4 business days for in-stock collectibles to be packaged and shipped. 

Estimated Arrival Time: Most in-stock products arrive within 7 business days once the order is accepted. *Restrictions apply, 24 hrs. cannot be guaranteed during/after sales event*

How do I change my delivery address? Requests need to be made within 24 hours of the order being placed as our fulfillment services immediately begin processing orders. After 24 hours, IGN might not be able to update the shipping address.  For any pre-orders, changes to the delivery address will be accepted at any time prior to shipment of the item. After the item has shipped, IGN will no longer be able to update the shipping address. IGN shall not be held responsible for the wrongly inputted shipping address and any products shipped to the incorrect address.  Updating address is customer's responsibility.  Email us orders@store.ign.com for any changes.

Free shipping policy - IGN Store offers free shipping on select orders. Customers get free shipping for apparel orders of $150 or more, or collectible orders of $150 or more. Collectible and t-shirt orders cannot be combined for free shipping. Individual items costing over $150 or weighing over 4 lbs do not qualify for free shipping.  Free Shipping does not apply during promotions. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping. LEGO, PureArts, RockLove, Infinite Objects, Buckle-Down, Nanoleaf products, books, and jewelry are also excluded from free shipping. The free shipping threshold or excluded items is subject to change without notice.  

How do you charge shipping? The IGN Store charges flat rate shipping based upon order weight. All apparel is shipped via USPS. Collectible items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or UPS Mail Innovations (for international only). 

My order is lost in transit! Please contact customer service at customersupport@ign.com.   We define as order being lost if the item's tracking status states it is still "in transit" for more than 21 days for domestic orders or 120 days for international orders.  We cannot offer refunds or replacements if a package is marked "Delivered" by the respective carriers, but the Customer did not receive the package.  In this case, Customers must contact the carriers to resolve the issue. 

We also cannot offer refunds or replacements if a package is lost due to incomplete and/or incorrect addresses.  Customers are responsible for ensuring that their information is correct when placing their order.  If the package was returned to us due to an incomplete address, we will ask for an additional shipping fee before w ship the package out again.  At last, it will be customer's responsibility to notify IGN Store if there is an address change, IGN Store will not be responsible for item shipped to the original address that was provided when customer placed the order.

Risk of Loss - All items purchased from the IGN Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This mean that the risk of loss and title for such item pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Do some orders come in multiple packages?  If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, you will be sent multiple shipments. Pre-orders will ship once they come into stock.

Some of our tees are made to order and thus take a bit longer to ship. We will ship what’s readily available ahead of other items to ensure you get your merch as soon as possible.

Items will ship together if they’re in stock and being fulfilled from the same location. Items may ship separately if they are being fulfilled from separate locations.

We reserve the right to withhold orders until all items are in stock.  If you want the collectible to ship upon arrival, please place preorder separately and individually from the in-stock collectible.

Do you ship outside the US? Currently, we cannot ship our apparel items outside the US. However, we do ship figures internationally! Rates will be based on the weight/dimensional weight of your order and final delivery location. International orders are not eligible for free shipping. *Restrictions applied*

Customs Clearance and Import Duty (International Order) -  IGN Store does not collect customs duty or facilitate custom clearance to import any products shipping from the United States.  It is the customer's responsibility to abide their countries' import laws.  

International shipments may be delayed by up to 120 days - We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there are sometimes delays on international orders.  In our experience, it may take as many as four months to arrive depending on the chosen shipping method and ship-to country.  

Domestic shipments may be delayed by up to 21 days - We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there are sometimes delays on domestic orders.  In our experience, it may take as many as three weeks to arrive depending on the chosen shipping method and ship-to address.  

Freight-forwarding Services - We strongly advise against international customers using freight forwarding services.; We have experienced massive delays, missing packages, and high levels of fraud. If you choose to have your package shipped to one of these addresses you are doing so at your own risk. We claim no responsibility for these packages once they are in possession of a mail carrier. If your package goes missing or is delayed please direct all questions to the freight-forwarding service you used. We are unable to refund or reship any packages which were shipped to a freight-forwarding service. 

Please note -- Due to the issues we have encountered, there is a high probability we will cancel any orders that are being shipped to a freight-forwarding service. We know that this may be frustrating for our customers but we want to do everything we can to make sure all of our orders are reliably received.
