Because this is Russia's policy of dividing Turks. In fact, we are members of the same civilization. But Russia makes us look like different civilizations. They don't want us to move together.

No, not only on English. In Uzbek and Russian there is difference between Turkish and Turkic as well.

Yes Turkish expression used for Turkey. But we Turks use this expression in Turkic People.

@Tosun Paşa, not Turkish but Turkic. Turkish are people living in Turkey. Turkic are Turkish, Azerbaijani, Uzbek, Kazakh, Tatar etc.
