The Astral Grove is located on the upper slopes south of Mount Targon.

It is where 
Soraka resides, it has a campfire and a little yurt with few items and souvenirs from all across Runeterra, such as a willow-wreath from the grove of Omikayalan, a tiny golden acorn from Bandle City and a stone 
dog statue from Nashramae.

Stellacorn are unicorn-like creatures that live near Mount Targon. Young ones live near the peak of the mountain, taken care of by Star Shepherds.
Grown Stellacorn use their matured wings soar the sky. While flying, they appear as blazing shooting stars in the sky.
It is considered lucky to see and know the Stellacorn and even luckier to raise one.
