Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Miss World Philippines 2019. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Please stop adding all of a contestants middle names and piping to their article - that uses their common name. Per WP:MIDDLENAME use the most common format of a name used in reliable sources: if that is with a middle name or initials. If you disagree with the contestants name, then take it to their talk page to gain consensus, to make the Wikipedia article title conform to that format.
