Missing purchase they already charged me

Today I wanted to buy sims cash and I bought ir. Got an error and thought it was weird. After a few minuteds I got an e-mail from my bank saying they charged me the 1.51$ but never got the sims cash I bought on the game. I want the sims money seeing that You guys already billed me.

the game is The Sims Mobile I play on iphone and my player name is Lorrrein don't know what else to add. Do I attatch my bank receipt here?

i have 163 sims cash and paid for 250 (5.50 my currency) never got the 250
