I want my spring forward sim festival back

Why my sims festival can't be able? I haven't played it for 1 week last month, and suddenly my spring festival that i purchased missing.

I have bought it with real money for premium festival. I still haven't reach 7 tier till end.

I tried play again last week till day now, but why the spring forward still can't affordable?

I want my things back.

I want my money back.

Please help me

The Sping Festival ended several weeks ago. That's why you don't have access to it. 

The Summer Paradise Festival started the 8th of April.  You need to download the last update from the app store and eventually purchase a new Festival Pass.

Hi, i have same problem.

I bought a pass for spring festival and already purchased some things in tier. But not for the 7 tier last.

I not played about 5 days, and suddenly the spring forward which i purchased before is missing.

It written on board that the festival is ended.

I still must have some items which i couldn't access.

My bank llma have 6000++, but still festival spring coudn't seen on board.

Can you help me so my spring festival affordable again?

I have bought premium pass for the spring festival before.

Can i have my money back?
