I've been trying to login to play the new season but I keep getting "Connection timeout. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Error code: 1:86001S:66003S:-891751198O:0B"

I checked the recommended website but the tips there have not helped. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

turns out the issue was with my ea account (friends list in the ea app not loading) and i had to contact someone from ea help to get them to fix it on their end, the issue isnt with the players connection

when contacting ea help make sure you use the chat option and not the email option, the emails are absolutely useless and every day someone new was emailing me with the same tips that i had already gone through

in the chat with ea help i told tell them that i found a thread from 2021 about the ea app not loading users friends list where the solution was to have an ea employee fix something on their end, they ran me through some basic tips regarding changing dns, using a mobile hotspot, port forwarding, etc. these tips didnt help because the issue wasnt with my connection, there was something wrong with my ea account, someone on ea's side fixed whatever was wrong, i dont know what specifically was wrong but this issue has been happening to people since 2021

Me too, maybe couse deleted version for ps5... Don't know, installing it back right now...

its still an issue for me on PC, hopefully whatever fix came to the ps5 will come to pc soon

Getting the very same issue when my son plays in his account on the ps5. I don’t get it when I play though

I haven't, I've exhausted all avenues of fixing it from my end so the issue must be on EA's end and we have to wait for them to fix it

I am having same issue started this morning was in game and it kicked me out now I am recieving this same code... Frustrating
