Preordered the game but didn't receive the game

I preordered the game months ago. The order is still "in progress" and my mney is withdrawn. Am i the only one? Do you already have the game in your library?

I just want to be sure I'll be able to preload the game and get eventual preorder bonuses.

The game should be in your library shortly before releasee date respectively at preload.

Same here, I have preordered MELE but it has not been added to my library yet. The order is also "in progress" and not charged to my credit card yet. As far as I remember all my prevoius preorders were added to the library immediately so I'm wondering why it is different with MELE.
