Can we please get and option of what type of teammates we wanna play with because I barley got people to play with something like play with people who hot drop or wanna try and win the game and survive or players who use mics or not using mics please I'm tired of getting stuck with people who hotdrop and get killed in less than a minute.

The hard part of implementing different "types" of players in the matchmaking system, would be to figure out what classifies a person as to what kind of player they are.
You'd need to decide factors, stats you're going to track, how much of an impact each game has on these statistics.
For example, at what point is someone trying to win a game? Players might drop hot, but still rat afterwards.
Ratting could be considered trying to win as well, though some might not want to play with those kind of players.
Everyone has their own playstyle and these can change often, these statistics could easily be manipulated to get put inside of a certain category.
This game doesn't have long queue times, though it can change depending on how many different "types" of players there are.
And what Recon said with what Halo did, well, I believe that was more of a fun thingy rather than something that would actually have an impact on the matchmaking, hence why it probably didn't feel like it did anything.
A small questionnaire would probably not be a great thing to do either, as again, it could be manipulated. (Assuming it's a one time thing, you don't really want something to permanently affect your matchmaking either)
This would mean creating a system that's would require saving a lot of data for each respective player, of which all isn't really accurate and can be manipulated.
The effectiveness of this system can't really be confirmed unless it's tested, so that's not something that can really be included.
But having to store data for a system that isn't sure to work and could potentially increase queue times (without improving much of the quality), well, I just think it's unlikely for Respawn to work on such a system that would most likely be a waste of time and resources.
Especially with the fact that communities have set up LFG systems that users can use, for example the one in the Apex Discord. (Yes this isn't perfect, but if you're searching for something specific, it's going to be much better than guessing what kind of player someone is based on stats.
At least, that's how I see it. Of course if someone else were to think of building a system like this, it could be more feasible, it's after all not really my job so if it could be implemented then that would be great. Though personally I don't think it's likely for them to work on something like this.
