Absolutely terrible VR experience. WTF?

According to the game devs my pc specs are good enough to run f1 24 in VR. But wtf is this vr support? All other games run fine, but f1 24 is jittering gibberish. Head tracking is all over the cockpit, anything outside the cockpit looks like a big pile of blurred pixels and the performance is just a joke. Why call it a vr supporting game if it isnt one?
