The premium version has turned into a standard one!

yesterday, I had the premium version of BF 4, + dlc all improvements. today, I have the standard version, without dlc all improvements. support doesn't do anything, just dumb tips, like clear the cache, reinstall the game.
and write here to the forum! It's ingeniously simple! write on the forum, and the problem will be solved immediately!

Sorry to hear you're having problems with BF 4 DLCs. If you go to your Library > Select BF4 > Click on Manage > Manage add-ons under the game tile, do you see the option to download the DLCs or do they show as available to purchase? 

Please take a look at this part and see if you can download them individually from there.
