Re-Installed the game on Steam, my progress has been lost

I used to play BF4 a lot, before it was integrated into Steam. I used to use Battlelog to play. Now that I re-installed it on Steam, my progress is lost. How can I get it back?

Hello @vincentwallbang,

I will assume you're talking about the single player progress, because your multiplayer stats can't reset. If you lost your progress in the singleplayer nothing can be done except starting all over again.
