you need to accept it from another game like battlefield 1 then back to BF4 

( and find my server name [vip] in europe and

@zw511 I don't want to buy another battlefield game to solve this. There has to be another solution

Hello you can get around it if you have for example BF1 and go do the agreement through that. I cant understand how this hasn't been fixed yet the whole game is unplayable if you don't have already a different battlefield.

Sign in on the EA website, just make sure you sign in using the PlayStation log-in option. Sign in with the same email and password you used to create your PlayStation Network account. 
Then go back onto your PlayStation and start BF4. It will automatically sign you in and you won't have to mess with the 'frozen'/broken User Agreement screen.

(If you're trying to do all this with your PlayStation ALREADY on - you're going to have to restart the PlayStation before this will work).
