Tips As Host For Co-Op:
Next to the add map roster/list, press the button that says 'Host'
Make sure 'Teams' is set to 'Player Select'
When ingame, make sure all teams plays as team 1 (always the top team in the list)
If someone is on a different team. Press / and type '/admin swap 1' (replace the 1 with the player number, order by joined)
