[Expidition] "Fatal error can't find motion file" First aid kit crashes my game Thread - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

So I just got into anomaly today and I installed expidition along with it. Problem is I tried to use the first aid kit and my game just crashes and it gives me this:

I looked for the solution on google and I found this: Moddb.com

I scrolled down and found the solution by kotoed but I don't know how to do it.

Not sure if you will see it, but i got the same problem and found, that in file gamedata\configs\items\items\anims_list.ltx paths to some animations are wrong. For example, for vodka it should be not "vodka_drink", but "vodka_use".

I think you cant just delete file and disable all animations, but i preferred to fix paths to normal. Open the same file from normal working copy of anomaly and replace broken entries in expedition anomaly.

How do I replace the broken entries? and how do I know which the correct entries are?

I have this exact same problem. Did you end up finding a fix?

I found a fix for this issue but it might come at a cost.

Pros: I actually fully deleted the "anims_list.ltx" file and now my game no longer crashes when using medical items.

Cons: This might cause problems further down the line. I'm not too sure though. Will leave an update if I find a fix. If not, then everything is working fine!

you can also disable drink/eat animations in the options.
