so the regular imperial shield is made of brass and this is a unique silver decorated one right?
The regular one looks somewhat like the one to the right, but without the silver decorations.
I like this, the old one kinda looks too much like two dompletely different textures put together, the new one is more seamless
Yeah that's the main reason to why I decided to change it. It looked somewhat odd. The new texture is more in line with imperial design too.
I love how the new texture has a subtle hourglass motif, invoking Akatosh :)
