Rebalance 3.57 file

Rebalance 3.57 brings a fix for the Single Player Campaign, finally restoring it to its full glory. This version also includes Jason Hoods Dynamic resolution fix and Hud shift making modern resolutions an option.

You do not need to install any extra mods or game patches to run Rebalance as they are already included if required.

Added JFLP.DLL + HudShift.dll for better on the fly screen size support.
Moved Music changes to option in the install script.
Added SP starter ship as option in the install script.
Changed startup_screen to be version independent.
Fixed further FLIA errors and missing CMP hps.
Fixed equip/cargo miss match in loadouts.ini
M04 Invincible added to fix insta explosion.
M06 Changed Hovis ship to be more compatible.
Completed SP playthrough.
Adjustments to engines to normalise.
Adjusted ENB to provide less shadow.
Fixed further market errors found by FLErrorChecker v1.013
