Nowadays CJ (48 years old) already successful and wealthy businessman thanks to his businesses and assets In both San Fierro and Las Venturas, he Is a successful person outside of the US too.
But something happened...
Everything changed, after new elected president of the USA.
And he have to return to Los Santos, from business trip In Europe, to make some special meetings with his old business partners. In early 2010's his mother been murdered, his family broked and fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading toward disaster.
So Carl "CJ" Johnson now Is forced to a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the business and on the streets once again.

They will be based on real ones from City of Los Angeles. We've done a lot of research, so at the end we ended like this. The useble street gangs will be base on 100% real ones, but we use from them hybrid between real names and alternative version of the game's original ones.
:So It will be like this:
Four gangs In Los Santos, three In San Fierro and last but not least one major gang In Las Venturas. Of course those several are divided into sets.
Grove St. Families + Hoover Criminals = Orange Grove Families (OGF).
Seville Boulevard (Blvd.) Families + South Beach Hoover Criminals = Sunset Boulevard Grove Families (SBGF)
Front Yard Ballas + South Side Compton Crips = South Side Ballas.
Rollin Heights Ballas + Rollin 20's Crips = Rollin 20's Ballas.
Temple Drive Ballas + Imperial Village Crips = Imperial Village Ballas (IVB).
Kilo Tray Ballas + Grape Street Watts Crips = Grape Street Ballas (GSB).
Varrio Los Aztecas + X13 Sureños = Varrio Sureňo-Aztecas (VSA).
Los Santos Vagos + Vatos Locos = LS Vagos Locos (LSVL).
San Fierro Rifa + X14 Norteños = SF Norteňos Rifas (SFNR).
