A survival horror-themed mod where you have to deal with zombie infestation that happened right on your map. Has two gameplay modes (can be switched on/off in the options menu) and is also compartible with most weapon mods. Can be played both in LZDoom and Zandronum (co-op supported).

Yep, except you can customize them, along with other hazards, to your preferences in the options menu.
