Duuude it seems forever since we last talked...How goes it?
Hi!! Life has been going on like usual and its been mostly good for me. What has changed with you since we last talked (which does seem like forever lol!)?

Well that is good! Yeah several of my friends are pressuring me to get an Xbox so I could play with them though at the same time some are switching over to PC lol. If I had the money to buy and maintain one with internet and such I probably would get one. Just finished school so now my Summer Break begins!!

Oh, good luck with the rest of your school year, remember to go out strong! Since I am jobless the only time I can get money is Christmas and birthday and such and at such times is usually a needed replacement for my computer (it always seems to have the most problems whenever I get money for some reason lol). Have you seen the new Xbox One that they just announced a couple of days ago yet?
Ya I was kinda dissapointed, its looking like their turning the xbox into an all around entertainment system rather than a gaming system, I think ps4 looks nicer but im an xbox fan haha. ill probably just stick with my 360as long as all my friends still do. If you can u should get a job ;)
Yeah that is how the PS3 looked to me when it first came out and I never really cared much for it even with its free internet, besides I didn't know many if any people who actually played on it. I think the PS4 does look more appealing this time around and we will have to see at E3 which is the better one. I really want a job I just can't find the time lately to do one and I have no idea what to even try to do :P. Either way I'm pumped for the new Star Wars Battlefront that I advise you to check out revealed during E3, this is awesome :D!
yeah i just heard about that lately, are they planning on releasing it for the ps3 and xbox360? and why does youtube say its AGE RESTRICTED!!! lol now i have to find it somewhere else
I don't think that it will be released on those platforms since after the xbox one and ps4 come out, I heard that all new games will be created for those and the production of games for xbox 360 and ps3 stopped but I think it is too early to tell. Its weird that its age restricted lol, its just a teaser premiere that doesn't really show much. I am sure that the video will probably be up on quite a few video sites

Well that's cause its just a teaser i guess to restore the hope in the battlefront franchise that it will live again. Although I do wish that they would show some sort of gameplay but I guess that will be next year's E3 :(. either way still excited for it. Next week I am going on a two week vacation so I can't wait for that!
Haha im sort of on a vacation as well, my 4 cousins and aunt and uncle came up from Australia and we are going to several cool places. Right now were up at my cabin in New York but were planning on going to DC on July 4th and also Manhattan, should be pretty cool! and is it really supposed to be that long until we get Battlefront gameplay?
That sounds like fun, I just got back from my vacation and I don't know if I like it back here compared to Florida :P. I think that the Battlefront gameplay is going to be very delayed because right now DICE and EA are focusing all their efforts on the preparation for BF4 but I may be wrong and maybe we will get another glimpse of some actually teasers soon

Overall I thinking of upgrading to a SSD for a boot drive to help speed up my system. I am going to grab 2 Samsung 830 256GB SSDs (RAID 1) and get another HDD for a storage device
Nice rig man! I see you have upgraded since the inception haha. I still got the same old rig, still working fine. I upgraded from a tripple core to a quad core and added a few new ram sticks, and thats about it haha.
I have also been thinking of getting me one of them SSD's, I hear they are amazing!
Thanks! Processor and RAM are still an upgrade! Yeah SSDs seem really awesome in performance I just hope they are just as good in reliability.
So do I. I remember some of the early SSD's being recalled due to major problems like melting themselves. I believe now days they got it figured out though I will still always keep my good old IDE hard drive. Been almost ten years and it hasn't failed yet! I only use it for photos and movies and it works great for that.
Wow those IDE drives are ancient :)! I do admit thought that my IDE drive from 2000 still runs like new and hasn't had a single problem through daily use. It sucks that I can't use it anymore do to my motherboard not having an IDE plug. I sure hope that the SSD transfer in my system goes smooth, although I am more worried about the other hard drive I am getting for storage :P
Yeah be sure to back your files up allot! I lost a whole bunch of music and other media to my former laptop which decided to not load properly ever again.
I try to keep a daily backup to an external 2TB hard drive. Its kind of ironic because I have more trouble with my external hard drive than my normal hard drive
Externals are sometimes iffy, maybe I could make my own external out of a good quality hard drive.
Yeah after I get the new HDD and SSDs I plan on using my current drive as an internal backup drive (1.5TB green drive so not that great speed)while the new HDD will be my storage device
The more hard drives you can squeeze into your rig the more awesome I always say. Having a backup drive is a smart idea indeed incase of hard drive melt down. And btw, you sure have taking a keen interest in PC's havent you?
I like the look of all my HDD bay all full of drives :)! Yeah ever since I built this computer I have been really fascinated in computer technology and have even been repairing others computers for money! A great hobby that I partially owe to you for helping me!
Yeaaah! Glad you like them computers. Lots of careers and whatnot in that if you decide to go into IT or whateva. Me thinks that IT would probably make a stable job and good money.
I would love a job in Computer Science and I am trying to go for a programmer if possible (although my skills may seem otherwise sometimes :) )
