Reborn has its own ai

I have a question about the ai. In cnc generals reborn if you blow up a building in skirmish sometimes if you blow up a building your enemy will say something to you like in challenge mode. Does this mod have that?

Basically if you have finalbig you can extract all the files from the zhw3d or zhtextures and there is a folder called art with those. Those are thee file locations for zero hour textures n stuff
