As stated by another user, the launcher can not locate kingdoms.exe even if you follow the instructions 101%. Running Win11 Steam version, never had this problem with other mods for Medieval 2. Please FIX!
EDIT: The problem is how this mod is packed, you need to extract the SECOND folder, not the first, into your mods folder. Then I got it working.

Are you working together with the people of Unification Mod? Maybe you could gain something out of it. In percentage, how much would you say is your mod finished? Can not wait to play it! Keep it up!

Amazing Mod! I played about 20 hours and have encountered no big problems except for one.
I do not get any notifications at all, not in world map or in battle from the beginning, except for like 20 minutes after like 5 hours, then they were gone again.
In "Notifications" I get these error message spammed:
SCRIPT ERROR: Invalid Item Kind ID:-1
-Simple trigger trigger no: 179 (line 7, opcode 1530, modifier oxo)
Restarting the game multiple times did not fix anything. I would be glad if you could answer me and tell me what is wrong, thank you.
