Hey, at the time of writing this, i am a high school student that is two exams away from finishing. For the years 2008-2010 i will be doing a Bachelor of IT course in Ballarat. I wouldn't call myself a hard-core gamer as i only play games when there's nothing more important to do. My dream job would be a Beta Tester as you get to test games before their release and get paid for it. P/S: Mods/addons will be added as soon as i can get the time to finish some of them. I am currently making a skins pack for Live for Speed based on real cars (fast and the furious, NFS series etc.)
Does anyone know of a way to fix the problem GTA San Andreas has with Vista? I need a solution to this problem (game freezes when pausing or sometimes not loading at all) as i was going to start making custom maps for this game. I have downloaded a map editor for this game and experimented with all the different settings, etc to familiarise myself with it. I even made a few small maps that i might upload to this site. (I used my brothers PC running XP Professional). I am currently running a 1.8Ghz Dual core laptop with 80GB HD, 512MB RAM (yes, i know i need more!) and Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic (shamefully). It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help with this problem.
