Why does Desura drop all these files in whatever directories I have open when running it? Like it uses them as temp space or something. Its the #1 reason I've uninstalled it. Tell me thats fixed and I'll try it again.

Here are the files that show up despite it already being installed elsewhere:

desura.exe
desura_appfiles.xml
desura_service.exe
desura_uninstall.exe
dumpgen.exe
toolhelper.exe
utilit.exe

What gives? I've already uninstalled it so running the uninstaller listed there doesn't even work. Just have to delete them manually. Design flaw or what?

Forgot to mention the /bin /data folders with the .ico and some dlls that also show up with the rest of these files. And this is ofc the windows version.

Yup, they have a long backlog though. C&C is really there on to-do list - we just need to wait some weeks.
