It's been a while since I posted the last "Rescue Scientists" Mod demo (Youtu.be). You're probably wondering when the demo will be released. I assure you it will be available as soon as I finish the 'On A Rail' chapter, which is nearing completion. However, as you know, the Source Engine can be quite janky.
This mod is being developed entirely in Hammer Editor. All the map logic and scripted sequences are created within Hammer. Since I have zero experience with coding, I don't know how to make NPCs pick up weapons or create a functional squad system.
There are some small bugs with NPCs getting on the trains. If a train makes a fast or sharp turn, it can send the NPC flying, which is both bad and hilarious. To fix this, I had to make the train turn really, but painfully slowly.

This version of the mod has extra fixes and is intended to be added onto the normal v5 installation of the mod.

No, because Half-Life mods run on GoldSource, the engine that Half-Life runs on. This is Half-Life: Source, with a different engine.
