Grand Theft Auto 3 lets you explore the fully realised universe that is Liberty City, and complete gangland missions. You can steal any car you see, from sports cars to taxis, and even boats. There are over a dozen ways to take out other characters, including fist-fighting, baseball bat, handgun, Uzi, rocket launcher, and Molotov cocktail. The game world has unpredictable weather, a variety of pedestrian types who act in unique ways, changing times of day and night, and a multi-tiered, fully corrupt police force. The revenge plot offers strong story elements that are balanced with the game's non-linear freedom-of-movement.

I am willing to pay $200 whoever creates a total conversion mod that has following basic settings and plot:
Playable Character: Some Triad
Allies: Triads, Corrupt Cops, Marty Chonks
Enemies: Diablos, Leones, Forellis
Missions from: Triad Characters, Ray Machowski, Marty Chonks
Atleast 30 missions should be in the game
Story should be revolving Chinatown Fish Market and Greasy Joe's.

I THINK Rockstar games should just have multi player in the game ( BOTH OF THEM ). Do you realize that if this were true, the game would be the best for like 5 years! lol. Think about it. Everywhere you go, GTA3, this, or GTA4 that. Think big, think multiplayer <-------Just trying to sound intelligent, lol.
The physics aren't supposed to be uber realistic, this is an arcade style game, not a simulation.
I liked this game a lot, it's very easy to edit it (cfg files rulez)...
In case you don't like low-speed cars, you cand edit the hangling.cfg, everyone can edit it, it contais the whole explanation about it...
You can edit a car to get 400 km/h! That's a fair game :D
The multiplayer hack isn't a hoax. A few days ago I would've thought it impossible, but it does indeed exist, and it's homepage is: Gta3am.tk
There's some serious bugs with it right now (I was only able to maintain the game for about 20 seconds before a crash, not to mention the wierd "player uses last car" and "only 2 players" limitations), but as suggested by the version number (0.1a) future revisions are probably coming.
I give the game a 10 for todays count of game engie, but the whole game isnt realistic thinking you drive a guys girl and he lets you kill some1 for him. The car action sux totally, the tank is worst! I cant wait for gta4 when you will be able to drive 200khm/h into a small ****** car and it WILL be demilished or the driver will be a bloody pulp, NOT leeting her sit camly in same place without a scrath even tought she DOESNT have belt and the door isnt there! And when you fly up onto donalds loves building with tank (with low grav) you can hjump down with normal grav and you only die 40 hp, and its 90 FRICKING FLOORS!
