Grand Theft Auto 3 lets you explore the fully realised universe that is Liberty City, and complete gangland missions. You can steal any car you see, from sports cars to taxis, and even boats. There are over a dozen ways to take out other characters, including fist-fighting, baseball bat, handgun, Uzi, rocket launcher, and Molotov cocktail. The game world has unpredictable weather, a variety of pedestrian types who act in unique ways, changing times of day and night, and a multi-tiered, fully corrupt police force. The revenge plot offers strong story elements that are balanced with the game's non-linear freedom-of-movement.

I am willing to pay $200 whoever creates a total conversion mod that has following basic settings and plot:
Playable Character: Some Triad
Allies: Triads, Corrupt Cops, Marty Chonks
Enemies: Diablos, Leones, Forellis
Missions from: Triad Characters, Ray Machowski, Marty Chonks
Atleast 30 missions should be in the game
Story should be revolving Chinatown Fish Market and Greasy Joe's.
Add some twists in the storyline

Hey, GTA SA and VC may be great, but from a historical standpoint, GTA 3 is the best GTA of the series, not forgetting that it jumped from a mostly sprite orientated game to full 3D. When VC and SA followed, yeah, they were popular... but your forgetting... it had already been done before by number 3 and so the imact of those games on our opinions are not as great as GTA 3 was... without GTA 3 SA and VC wouldnt exist, so pay homage to it, dont slag it down.
I understand these are your opinions and thats fine, I'm not slagging anyone down.

ewen when are out vice city and san andreas, i still playng it. Its good relax after hard and stupid missions from vicecity and SA . And modes for this games are super.
Besides the first one this GTA sucks.
