CoD1 Meatbot v0.2 file - Call of Duty

REQUIRES V1.5 OF CALL OF DUTY!

I did not make this bot. I am uploading it here for archival purposes.

This is port of Maks Deryabin's CoD2 Meatbot mod over to the classic Call of Duty allowing people to play against bots in Team Deathmatch on a Listen or Dedicated server. Due to the limitations of the early CoD engine they are not great by any means, but hopefully you will still have some fun with them in this classic game. It is released as Pre-alpha which means that although playable it is still at a development stage and still contains bugs.

How to Install:

Extract 'CoD1MeatBots_RC2' into your Call of Duty folder.

Example: C:\Call of Duty

- Next, locate your game's executable (CoDMP.exe) right-click on it and choose 'Create Shortcut'.
- Right-click that shortcut and select 'Properties'.
- In the 'Target' area you should see the path to your game executable, e.g. "C:\Call of Duty\CoDMP.exe".
- Add a space after that and add: +set fs_game CoD1MeatBots_RC2 +exec server_listen.cfg

The complete line should look something like this:
"C:\Call of Duty\CoDMP.exe" +set fs_game CoD1MeatBots_RC2 +exec server_listen.cfg

Press 'Apply' then 'OK' and you're done! Use that shortcut to load the mod.

If you want to configure the settings, take a look at server_listen.cfg.
