I had to save a server before it got deleted(minecraft) But couldnt because it was inactive as the subscription was up and it was counting down till it was deleted.

The support team was kind enough to extend it by a day but i didnt get the message they had done that and they were willing to do it again just so i could save it. Absolutely brilliant
