Shelly Ballard is managing my identity…

Shelly Ballard is managing my identity fraud was diligent in sending me information 7\05/2024. However it took longer to process my case because the information I needed was hard to processed editable P.D.S. She did send me forms by mail to filled out but because she , needs more information such as sending many paper copies for my credit reports. Its has prolonged the investigation process.

Excellent Customer Service

I started my subscription to IDShield a few days ago. Setting it up was fairly easy, but I did have several questions. Yesterday I got an Alert about a new bank account that was opened in my name. Needless to say that prompted a phone call. Each time the Support person was outstanding. Patient, professional, and very helpful in working through any issues. Fortunately, the Alert turned out a notice about an account being moved to a new bank, and was nothing to worry about. I've dealt with Customer Service at other credit monitoring services and IDShield should be proud of its Customer Service people. The praise well deserved!!

Take care of your identity

Your identity is you life guard it as if your life depends upon it. It will take an inordinate amount of time to correct any incursions that are illegally made against your identity.

Legal Shield gave good advice, calmed my fears

Jamie at IDl Shield listened to my concern and asked relevant questions. She then summarized my situation. I was heard.
I was then given clear instructions. Jamie was patient as I typed up my notes and read back to her the steps I needed to take to protect my identity. Having the information and being empowered to take action helped me work through the situation effectively.

Data Breach

I was recently notified that my personal information may have been compromised in a data breach. I immediately reached out to ID Shield to find out what I should do. The representative was very helpful and advised me what I should do, while also reassuring me that ID Shield was actively monitoring my information.

Had a question about closing a credit…

Had a question about closing a credit account if it would affect my credit score. The young lady told me yes it would bring my score down so I chose to keep the account open.

the individual I spoke to was very kind…

the individual I spoke to was very kind and patient, answered all my questions, he took the time going from one thing to the next to make sure I was getting the right response to my questions. He then instructed me on what to do next then follow up. That gave ne peace of mind.

I have been with you 20 + years and…

I have been with you 20 + years and have always been comfortable with you. Trust is important to me and I do have that with you. The few times I have called you I cannot say enough of customer service and techs that have given me relief regarding issues I thought I would have and in reality had none.

I received a letter….

I received a letter that my information had been compromised. I called ID Shield and spoke to an agent who was so thorough with his information. I now have fraud alert. I have had your service for a few years and have called a few times for help and always was satisfied. Thank you.

When my wife applied to serve at our Church...

When my wife applied to serve at our local church in Tulsa, OK, they performed a background check on her. It came to light that she had a child molestation charge in North Dakota, flagged under her maiden name. Despite being married for 20 years, we have never visited or resided in North Dakota. Unless the matter was resolved, the church didn't allow her to serve. We reached out to ID shield on the day after. By the end of the week, the issue was resolved, and the Legal Department took it up with the reporting company, Church & State of North Dakota.

I felt like the representative was flippant.

I felt like the representative was flippant about my concern, which is that my SSN was leaked in the AT&T breach. Even though I was not the direct victim of identity theft, a fraud alert was placed on my record so I am unable to get credit quickly like I used to be able to do.

I didn't feel like the rep really did anything to help me. He certainly didn't take any time to help me understand the implications of the breach, how it might impact me or how IDShield would protect me.

I also find it disconcerting that IDShield is supposed to be protecting me, yet I found out that my SSN was leaked through an email I received from another agency.

I was very worried and got great help at IDShield

I was very worried and found conflicting information on an identity theft problem. The ID Shield agent, Brenden, was patient and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to ask questions and answered every one. He also knew exactly the information I would need going forward and provided that to me so that I could work on protecting us in the future. I am very grateful for his help.
