A new aftermarket USB adapter is available which allows you to use pads, keyboards and mice with your Dreamcast console.
The USB4MAPLE adapter by megavolt85 plugs into your Dreamcast's controller port and lets you use wired and wireless interface options with the console. For example, you can use an Xbox 360 wireless pad by twinning the USB4MAPLE with a PC wireless adapter.
USB4MAPLE is also compatible with the Mayflash Magic-NS Lite, which opens up your options to include modern-day Bluetooth wireless pads.
It's also possible to emulate the Dreamcast's VMU by using a USB splitter and a USB flash drive.
USB4MAPLE is available for $29.99, or $24.99 if you're ordering a pair.

Nice thing, also love those Dongles from 8Bitdo.
Edit: It is beyond me, how there is coming enough Energy for Bluetooth from the Super Nintendo or Mega Drive Controller Ports
That'd be nice, except for two little problems.
1: I have no DreamCast
And
2: I have no DreamCast.
Now, technically that's only one, but I felt it being so big an issue, it needed to be said twice.
*****
But seriously, I don't have one. I've never had one.
I do want one.
But only so I can play Spider-Man!
And I've been hearing a lot about a game called Shenmue so I want to try that one now too.
When looking online, all I find are:
Sets that are missing TV wires
Sets that are missing controllers
Sets that are missing power cords
Sets that don't work
Sets that are missing the video thing for the controller
Sets that are missing memory cards
Sets that look grossly disgusting
Or
Sets that from other regions
Or
Sets that are from the USA but are ridiculously expensive.
@Spider-Kev
The "video thing" for the controller is the memory card ( VMU)
Dreamcasts from other regions shouldn't be a problem with a boot disc
The Dreamcast is hilariously easy to spoof and to get to run all sorts of games.
Even more so with a GDemu
The powercable is just a standard figure 8 and av cables are available on Amazon.
@KitsuneNight
It needs a boot disk?
