Student 'shocked' after receiving hand written reply from Sir David Attenborough; 'I couldn't believe it was him, I was in shock'.

A student said she "couldn't believe her eyes" when she opened her post to see a handwritten letter from Sir David Attenborough himself.
Emma Tait, who is currently studying atLiverpool John Moores University, said she was in "total shock" when she saw the personal reply from the legend.
The event management student received the letter after she decided to send her dissertation to the historian.
However she couldn't believe it when theBBC presenter, who is famous for his many TV series on animal life, actually replied.

She told theECHO: "My research found not enough was being done for the environment at festivals and I wanted to help in any way.
"And I could only think of one man to show it to."
The handwritten note read: "Dear Emma Tait.
"Thank you for sending me a copy of your dissertation, I look forward to reading it.
"Yours sincerely David Attenborough."

Emma said: "I couldn't believe it was him, I was in shock.
"I never ever thought I would get a handwritten response from him, I assumed I would maybe get a typed-up from response from his PA."
Stunned by the note, Emma decided to share it with her followers on Twitter and got an overwhelming response.
Her tweet read: "Posted a copy of my dissertation to David Attenborough....AND I GOT A HAND WRITTEN LETTER BACK! Ready to take on climate change with him."
She said: "The tweet has gone viral - I had to turn my Twitter notifications off, my phone was pinging every two seconds."
Now Emma is waiting and hoping she may receive another reply from the Blue Planet presenter, when he reads her dissertation titled - 'An Evaluation of the environmental polices and practices implemented by UK music festivals'.
She added: "Of course I would love to get another response from him when he reads it but to me that letter is enough."
