Editorial transition.

The Executive Committee of the American Accounting Association recently announced that Sue Ravenscroft at Iowa State University will succeed me as editor of Issues in Accounting Education effective July 1, 2004. Professor Ravenscroft and I have agreed on a transition plan designed to minimize inconveniences to authors who submit manuscripts to the journal. Specifically, the plan will ensure that a manuscript will be handled from submission to ultimate decision by one editorial team. As the first step in putting this plan in place, as of January 1, 2004, all new submissions are to be sent to Professor Ravenscroft. Manuscripts may be submitted electronically to:

[email protected]

or in hard copy to:

Professor Sue Ravenscroft

2330 Gerdin Building

Iowa State University

Ames, Iowa 50011-1350

Professor Ravenscroft will be responsible for processing all submissions after January 1, 2004. I will continue to process all manuscripts received prior to January 1, 2004.
