Essential improvements

Fixing the camera speed

The camera speed in the options menu is set to 0 by default, this makes the camera unusable.
Set the camera speed to 20[citation needed]

Bind slow down key

Due to an error, the English version does not let the player bind the slow down time key.
Edit configuration file[citation needed]
  1. Open keys.cfg with a text editor.
  2. Add the line ACT_TIME_DECEL "-"
  3. Save the file.
  4. Now the - key will decrease the speed of time.
This needs to be redone every time settings are changed.

Fix grenade launchers

Grenade launchers cannot be loaded due to a bug.
Edit configuration file[citation needed]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\INI\ITEMS.
  2. Open ADDONINFO with a text editor.
  3. Search the text for lines with GrenadeType parameter.
  4. Change the Cyrilic characters with "40 mm (rus.)" (leave the quotes).
  5. Save the file.

Remove slowdown during gunfire

The option to turn off automatic time slowdown during gunfire from previous games on the same engine is missing.
Edit configuration file[citation needed]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>.
  2. Open Config.e8c with a text editor.
  3. Find the "//Gameplay" entry and change the setting SlowmoCoeff to 0.
  4. Save the file.
